This week I look at some examples of advice for dads that currently exists and look at the missing links that in my view can be harmful for the well-being of dads and on men’s mental health.
Advice for dads on how to help mothers and pregnant partners, and preparing men for what to expect during a pregnancy is so important – but too often that kind of advice becomes a substitute for real guidance for men. Watch the video for some examples and how I suggest you set them right, and discuss the real advice all dads need!
