Harvard Kennedy School faculty member Ron Ferguson discusses his new book, The Formula: Unlocking the Secrets to Raising Highly Successful Children (BenBella Books), co-authored with journalist Tatsha Robertson. Based on thousands of hours of interviews with parents and children, the authors present a model of parenting that they found has consistently led to the long-term success of their children.
