Friendly Review of the Loopy Looper. This new Skill Toy and Fidget Toy just launched on Kickstarter. Called the ‘original marble spinner’ the Loopy Loopy is very similar to the fidget action of spinning a marble in a lid while you think, but with a lot more thought put into it. The Loop portion is made of hard plastic and the weighted ball has a metal core and a soft shell. The Loopy Looper is created by ‘Blue Orange Games’.

There are 4 different Loopy Loopers to choose from which have unique colors and features.
FLOW (Green): The most basic and perhaps one of the better options for fidgeting. It’s probably not intended for this, but I was able to pull off an interesting trick where I could get the ball to land in the holder portion (high difficulty level)
HOOP (Blue): Is a good compromise between a fidget and skill toy. The outside loop is fairly wide, but it also has a hole (hoop) where you can try to catch the ball.
EDGE (Purple): Shows off the centrifugal force with very narrow portions on the sides.
JUMP (Orange): More on the skill toy side, has a place where the ball can jump. It does need to be going in a certain direction to be successful.
Each of the 4 Loopy Loopers has a stand as well as a place to store the ball when it’s not in use. The stand can also be used to display them.
There are probably a lot of different tricks beyond what I mentioned and showed. It will be interesting to see what people invent.
